SCOPE OF WORK:
Operations and maintenance, fault response and upgrades of infrastructure and control systems
- Scheduled maintenance of wind turbines.
- Remote monitoring of wind turbines.
- 24 hour faul response for wind turbines in Western Australia and interstate.
- Major and minor upgrades of control and communications systems.
- Ongoing continual improvement for wind farm optimisation and cost saving measures.








Removed and replacement of faulty nacelle yaw bearings
LOCATION:
Mount Barker, WA
SCOPE OF WORK:
Remove blades, generator and nacelle from 3 wind turbines and replace the main yaw bearing.
- Inspection of yaw bearings after a yaw gearbox failure.
- In depth inspection of the yaw system and report to client.
- Metallurgical testing of the yaw ring gears which were found to have cracked teeth in all 3 turbines at this site.
- Remove turbine blades and nacelles, then replaced the yaw bearings, reinstall and commission.

LOCATION:
Shark Bay, WA
SCOPE OF WORK:
Replace the pitch bearing on 3 blades of a wind turbine.
- Lowered the blade hub to the ground.
- Removed the blades and bearings.
- Carried out corrosion control to the corroded parts of the blade hub.
- Replaced the pitch bearings and refitted the blades.
- Raised the blade hub and successfully commissioned the machine.

LOCATION:
Albany, WA
SCOPE OF WORK:
Restoration and corrosion control of main components and control systems.
- Remove sand blast and apply corrosion control to rusted wind turbine components.
- Ground rust and treated steel structures in the wind turbines.
- Dismantled and refurbished the electrical control components.
- Replaced/refurbished electric motors, fans etc.
- Removed, sandblasted and repainted the staircases and access ways.
- Repaired severe damage to the wind turbine blades.
- Cleaned and revarnished the generator stator winding.
- Corrosion control and treatment of balance of plant items.
